I like it, but if course its not a steel drum. If I would say anything, make the drum a bit bigger. For using the drum and hitting two notes at the same time, on high, my fingers are just too big!

Great app for steel drums love the sounds love the variety and really helps learn a pan

As steel pan apps go, this one is definitely leaps ahead; the pans are actually recorded tone by tone and a wide range of drums is available. Though, sadly when I try to take a recording it doesnt capture sound, only the notes I played on video.

This app gives me the opportunity to practice for a steel drum class that I am taking and only get to play the real drum once a week in class.

Where are the triple guitars this is a rip off

This is great for practicing the stickings of tough songs. But, rolling the notes sounds ugly and the inner ring of notes are very difficult to hit since my whole phone is the size of one note on a real life pan. Other than that, I was still able to play chromatic runs, just at a slow tempo because the notes are as big as my finger tip.

Love this app. Many of the players in my band use it to practice their music between full band rehearsals. The only thing its missing is a Mannette layout for triple guitars/cellos. Is there any way yon can add that? Youd have the only pan app that offers that layout.

Really good for practice but much easier if you play a double or more pans like me. I play double tenor and love it!!!! Good app!

Love this app! Could you please update so it could be used with Garage Bands in-app recording function?

I like this app. However, the only prob is that when I try to play or share a recording, it crashes. I really like this app, but please please please please please fix the problem. Please?

Please check the range given for the high tenor in the updated app. It looks off by an octave.

Just updated the app in hopes thats I could finally play, record and save or share. The buttons were there but never worked for me. I see that functionality was sadly taken away though. Anyway, Im not getting any sound from any pans. Beautiful design though!

It needs fixing. I can hardly play Old Lady Walk a Mile and a Half and thats it. Ill give 5 stars once its fixed.

Please fix the problems . When i try to use the app the whole pan doesnt show

I tried to go to the double second pans on iPad and its glitching a LOT. Not worth five bucks if I cant even play it. I want my money back unless the problem is fixed.

I grew up on St Croix in the US Virgin Islands and played steel drums in high school and this app is as close to the real thing as ever. In fact this would be a great practice tool if you had steel drums making it convenient to practice anywhere!!

As a musician who played along with steel drummers, I must say that this is a really nice app. It has a very realist sound, and I like the ability to choose the different types of pan. Its also a great tool for anyone interested in learning to play a pan. Wish that I could some day use a midi keyboard with the app, and Audiobus support would be fantastic. It would worth 10 stars or more.

I absolutely love this app! I have wanted to learn to play the pan for as long as I can remember, however time, schedule and location has never permitted. This app allowed me to learn/ practice the notes, play and record songs. I am so excited about this and have shared with everyone I know! My cousins, my friends with kids, my musician friends...everyone loves the convenience and detail this app. Great job on the look, the aesthetics are well done.
